While I believe the product itself is excellent and I would like to recommend it to others, I am highly dissatisfied with the quality control and transit packaging. My shipment arrived without the necessary hardware screws required to mount the product. Additionally, the item arrived scratched. This appears to be a recurring issue with your transit packaging, as this is the second time I have ordered this product and both units arrived with surface scratches. It is becoming difficult to recommend this item to others given these consistent issues with missing components and inadequate protection during transit.I request that you please look into this matter and let me know how we can resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
